When you write, include
Your device and browser (for example, iPhone 15, Safari), what you were doing when it happened, and a screenshot if you can. Please do not send passwords or other private information. Pumpdale has no accounts, so there is nothing to look up.
Common questions
Where is my progress saved?
On your own device, in your browser's storage. It is not sent to Bluffmark, so clearing your browser data or switching devices can remove it. Keep exported saves private.
I started a new lifter. Can I get the old one back?
Pumpdale keeps one full copy of your previous lifter on the device. Choose to restore it before starting another new lifter, because a second new lifter replaces the older copy.
The game has no sound.
On iPhone, turn the silent switch off. In the game, check that Game music is turned on in Settings, then Sound.
Where did the intro go?
Settings, then About, then "What's Pumpdale?" replays it.
Is this fitness or medical advice?
No. Pumpdale is a game, and its progress is an accelerated simulation that does not predict real-world results.
